This includes core operational activities such as loading, unloading, stevedoring, and container management, alongside the operation of specialized infrastructure like warehouses, inland container depots, and logistics hubs. By acting as a central service provider and contractor for importers, exporters, and carriers, the company offers an integrated supply chain solution that encompasses material handling equipment leasing, inventory management, and digital tracking systems to ensure the efficient movement and storage of goods. 

Its operations encompass the entire lifecycle of goods movement—from initial loading, packing, and sorting to complex terminal activities such as stevedoring, container stuffing, and deconsolidation. By managing a robust infrastructure of bonded warehouses, cold storage facilities, and inland container depots, the company provides a seamless link between global importers, exporters, and various carriers. This integrated approach is supported by specialized material handling equipment and advanced digital tracking systems, which ensure real-time visibility, optimized inventory control, and cost-effective supply chain coordination for diverse consignments. 

Main Objects of the Company:

1. To carry on the business of cargo handling and allied support services including loading, unloading, packing, unpacking, stacking, sorting, labelling, palletization, container stuffing and de-stuffing, consolidation and deconsolidation of goods, merchandise and consignments of every description.
2. To provide cargo handling services incidental to air transport including air cargo terminal operations, ground support services, freight handling, documentation processing, coordination with airlines, airport operators and aviation authorities, and management of air freight logistics facilities.
3. To provide cargo handling services incidental to water transport including port and dock handling services, stevedoring, ship loading and unloading operations, berth support services, container yard operations and coordination with port authorities, shipping lines and maritime operators.
4. To undertake cargo handling services incidental to land transport including rail cargo terminals, inland container depots (ICDs), container freight stations (CFS), logistics hubs, distribution centers and multimodal logistics parks.
5. To operate, manage, maintain and supervise warehouses, bonded warehouses, cold storage facilities, container yards, freight terminals and logistics support infrastructure for efficient handling, storage and movement of cargo.
6. To provide integrated multimodal cargo support solutions combining air, water and land transport coordination, including cargo aggregation, distribution management, supply chain support, inventory management and cargo tracking systems.
7. To act as cargo handling contractors, logistics support service providers, terminal operators, stevedores, freight support agents and facilitators for importers, exporters, shipping companies, airlines, rail operators, transporters and logistics enterprises.
8. To provide, lease or hire material handling equipment and infrastructure including cranes, forklifts, reach stackers, conveyor systems, pallet systems, cargo handling machinery and allied tools required for handling and storage operations.
9. To provide value-added services ancillary to cargo handling including repackaging, labelling, barcoding, quality inspection support, documentation facilitation, customs coordination support and logistics documentation processing.
10. To enter into agreements, joint ventures, collaborations or strategic arrangements with government authorities, airport operators, port authorities, rail operators, logistics park developers and other stakeholders for establishment, management and expansion of cargo handling and multimodal logistics support facilities.
