Export-Import-Entrepot and Global Trade

1. To carry on the business of importers, exporters, traders, merchants, buyers, sellers, suppliers, distributors, stockists, dealers and commission agents in all kinds of lawful commodities, goods, merchandise, raw materials, semi-finished goods, finished products, industrial products, consumer goods, agricultural products and other articles in India and abroad.

2. To source, procure, purchase, sell, import, export, distribute, market, supply and otherwise deal in goods and commodities from manufacturers, producers, farmers, wholesalers, retailers, suppliers and other persons or entities in domestic and international markets, and to establish business relationships with buyers, sellers, distributors and trading partners across countries.

3. To undertake international and domestic trade operations and related support activities, including procurement, inspection, grading, sorting, packing, repacking, labelling, warehousing, storage, handling, transportation, freight forwarding, shipping, customs clearance, cargo coordination and supply-chain management, either directly or through authorised agencies and service providers.

4. To obtain, maintain and utilise such registrations, licences, permissions, certificates, approvals and authorisations as may be required for carrying on import, export and international trading activities, and to undertake documentation, customs compliance, foreign trade procedures and other regulatory formalities in accordance with applicable laws.

5. To establish, acquire, lease, operate and manage warehouses, godowns, distribution centres, logistics facilities, offices and other infrastructure necessary for the business of the Company and to enter into agreements, arrangements, agency, distributorship, dealership, franchise, marketing, logistics and supply-chain arrangements with manufacturers, traders, exporters, importers, logistics providers and other entities, and to undertake all lawful activities incidental or conducive to the attainment of the aforesaid objects.
